• E-liquids and disposable vapes cannot be returned or refunded once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
